How to Restore your Heard/unheard Data
It is always advisable that you time to time backup your Heard/unHeard data so that in case of any problem you do not lose your track. In case you want to uninstall and install the app, or if you want to change the device then such backups can be used to restore data. It is something like Backup you have in Whatsapp. Here is how you do it:
Backup
1. Click the Backup & Restore text on top-left (white text in blue, just below the search-bar). A menu will expand.
2. Click Backup button at the bottom.
3. You will be taken to chrome webpage where you will need to press Download Button. The Backup TXT file will be saved in your downloads folder with name SP_Audio_Backup__.txt.
You should time to time take this backup; the files are stored with date-time in the filename so that later when you want to restore you can select the latest one or any previous file you want.
Restore
1. Click Backup & Restore as in above. A Menu will expand.
2. Click Restore button at the bottom.
3. A file browser window will open for you to select the backup txt file that you want to restore. Select the file.
4. Restore is done.
